Jakarta, Indonesia-based digital imaging artist Heru Suryoko is, as far as I'm concerned, at least one strong side of what advertising could be and should be right now. His immensely creative and lushly rendered scenes make the product placement unobtrusive and even endearing amid the worlds he creates for them. If more companies enlisted the help of designers like Suryoko, advertising might become a more beloved thing.

Beijing architects MAD have designed a skyscraper for Chongqing, China, with gardens at each level. A very cool idea and this adds new meaning to the term 'concrete jungle' by making it a little more literal. I love this design though.
