Very nice. I love it. The only thing I'd suggest is that the DC logo can be changed to a colour that matches the rest of the artwork. It should blend in a bit more. You can also feel free to drop the tagline from the logo so it's less busy at that size. Other than that, great piece.
Awesome piece, loving the head dress. I would say I respectfully disagree with Damian only on the fact that the points that are strong color draw the idea to that direction and really creates that strong impact, less usage of it heightens the impact in my opinion. I agree with removing the slogan though. One word of advice, negative space! create some room between the subject and the edge of the canvas.
