This is awesome. I love that purple. I also love how you placed the calendar in the open space so it's not cluttered or anything. Nice composition.
My only suggestion would be about the DC logo. While I like where it is, I'm worried people might get turned off by it and not use it as wallpaper and we don't want that. Feel free to make the logo more subtle. You can make it cleaner by not including the tagline 'creative human'. Nice work man.
