The idea by TBWA / Italia is brilliant in that it allows focus on the clothing while adding playfulness, personally and characteristic to it. I mean, it's not often you'll see a rubber ducky in anĀ ad for a fashion brand.

Awesome! As you say a brilliant way of keeping focus on the clothes, and they'll get a bucket load of search hits from people trying to determine who the model is. Marketing trick at it's best!
I could have expected this with haute couture, but doing this with regular couture is ballzy.. And I like it! Kudos to TBWA / Italia.
